My name is Dylan Bathurst. I am a 21 year old junior at Fort Hays State University. I also work on the web team for the University site. I do mostly back end programming rather than design. (They won’t let me redesign the site.) I have been working with the web since high school. My friends and I spend most of our time reading blogs and trying to come up with our sell out to google web 2.0 idea, but have been so far unsuccessful. If you have any ideas you want to try let me know.
The main thing about me is that I really love technology in all forms, but how found a passion for web technologies.

I also enjoy athletics such as soccer, basketball, track & field, slack-lining, and backyard shenanigans. I pole-vaulted, high jumped in college, and received honors for both.

About This Site

DylanBathurst.com is my brain child. I thought that if I wanted to build websites for people, I would need an online presence to reach them. After going through a few different site designs I finally rested on what I like to call Entity.

I got the name Entity because of how I want my site to be its own entity. I hear a lot of people talk about their sites by name. Even if the site is the persons name, they still call it by its domain.

That plus great content will hopefully lead to this site being somewhere people like to come and read.
