Earlier today I decided to head over to a great little coffee house today and spend some time working on my other blog with a hot latte in their cozy chairs and atmosphere. When I walked in I noticed at band setting up. I figured it would be loud, but I decided to stay and watch anyways. (Could be cool). I got there about a half an hour before they started playing, and got some work done.

When the band started playing I put my laptop away and shot off some pictures:

While loud their music was still pretty relaxing, and easy on the ears.

Their trumpet player really impressed me with his skill. He was soaring up and down the notes and really getting into his solo’s. After each solo he would take a minute or so break until his face return to normal color.

The Luke Johnson Jazz Band was really incredible, and I look forward to seeing them preform again around town.
